The flavor menu

Flavor gets the same obsession as design here. Quality ingredients, and every recipe tested until the taste lives up to the look.

Cake flavors

Buttercream

Every buttercream is made on your choice of two bases: Swiss meringue, whipped from egg whites for a light, airy, less-sweet texture (a little more per order), or American buttercream, dense, rich, and classically sweet.

Pair any cake with any buttercream. Specialty fillings, flavors, and other customizations are available for an additional charge.

Cake care instructions

Your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we create. Each order leaves our kitchen freshly baked and finished with the utmost care. Once your order is in your hands, whether collected or delivered, we are no longer liable for its condition. We kindly ask that you follow the instructions below to preserve the quality and freshness of your treats.

Transport flat & cool

Place your box on the flattest surface of the car, the floorboard or trunk, never a seat or lap. Keep the air conditioning on for the ride home.

Keep away from heat

Buttercream softens in warm temperatures and direct sunlight. Refrigerate your order as soon as you arrive if you're not serving right away.

Serve at room temperature

Take your cake out of the refrigerator 1 to 2 hours before serving so the cake and buttercream return to their soft, intended texture.

Store leftovers covered

Keep leftovers covered in the refrigerator and enjoy within 3 days for peak freshness and flavor.
